These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our app. By downloading, accessing, or using this app to view session schedules and book appointments, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
1. Purpose of the App
The Siddhpeeth Shri Balaji Dham App is an official platform created solely to allow the administration to publish session dates and timings, enabling devotees to securely book appointments to meet Guruji in person. The app is strictly built for appointment scheduling and does not feature user media uploads, photos, social networking, or tracking tools.
2. Session Bookings & Devotee Responsibilities
- Accurate Verification: To book a session to meet Guruji, you are required to provide your real name and an active phone number. This information is critical for on-site verification at the Dham.
- Fair System Use: Booking slots must be reserved responsibly. Any attempt to disrupt the booking system, use automated scripts (bots) to hold slots, or register under fake identities will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the app.
- Cancellations: If you have a confirmed booking but cannot attend the session, please cancel your slot through the app as early as possible so that another devotee may have the opportunity to meet Guruji.
3. Schedule and Availability Management
- Right to Modify: All session schedules, date availability, and maximum capacity numbers are under the direct authority of the administration of Siddh Peeth Shri Balaji Dham. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule slots at any time based on Guruji's availability or unforeseen administrative events.
- App Downtime: While we aim to provide a stable booking experience, the administration is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to server maintenance, technical glitches, or network issues.
4. Limitation of Liability
Siddh Peeth Shri Balaji Dham manages this app purely as a tool for administrative convenience and devotee coordination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the management shall not be held liable for any personal travel arrangements, expenses, losses, or inconveniences caused by the postponement or cancellation of a scheduled session.
5. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to align with updated temple protocols. Any modifications will be updated directly on this page, and your continued use of the app signifies your formal acceptance of the modified terms.
